Our grass-fed pigs are raised on pasture and in the woods. They have free access to sunshine, forage, organic non-GMO feed, and local brewery grains.
A whole pork share is approximately 120lbs of meat consisting of: sausage, bacon, ribs, hams, roasts, ham steaks, and tenderloins.
A half pork share is approximately 60lbs of meat consisting of: sausage, bacon, ribs, hams, roasts, ham steaks, and tenderloins.
1/4 pork share is approximately 30lbs of meat consisting of: sausage, bacon, ribs, hams, roasts, ham steaks, and tenderloins.
Our grass-fed beef cattle are raised on certified organic pasture. They are moved daily to fresh pasture using intensive rotational grazing methods.
1/2 Share of beef raised exclusively on grass without antibiotics or hormones. 1/2 share is approximately 200lbs of meat containing: Ground beef, stew meat, steaks, roasts, ribs, and hot dogs.
1/4 Share of beef raised exclusively on grass without antibiotics or hormones. 1/4 share is approximately 100lbs of meat containing: Ground beef, stew meat, steaks, roasts, ribs, and hot dogs.
1/8 Share of beef raised exclusively on grass without antibiotics or hormones. 1/8 share is approximately 50lbs of meat containing: Ground beef, stew meat, steaks, roasts, ribs, and hot dogs.
